NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) – Newport News Police Department (NNPD) is asking for help finding hit-and-run suspect Antonio Jamar Wilson, who is charged in connection with a fatal accident in April 2026.
Around 2:23 a.m. on April 3, 2026, police responded to a woman who was hit by a vehicle in the area of Davis Park Drive and Jefferson Avenue. She was seriously injured and taken to the hospital, where she later died.
During their investigation, NNPD identified a suspect and a suspect vehicle. 42-year-old Antonio Jamar Wilson, with a last known address in Hampton, has been charged with felony hit-and-run causing death.
