NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Drivers in downtown Newport News should prepare for road closures, heavy traffic, and increased pedestrian activity this weekend as “NOODLE: The Thinkers Convention” brings large crowds to the waterfront area.
City leaders say traffic impacts are expected Friday evening through late Saturday night as the convention draws visitors from across the region.
