CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A landscaper was killed Friday morning after a serious crash in the Great Bridge section of Chesapeake, police said.
Police said the crash happened shortly before 10 a.m. in the 400 block of Johnstown Road. Investigators said a black sedan was traveling southbound at a high rate of speed when it collided with a red SUV turning onto Johnstown Road from Britwell Drive.
The impact caused the sedan to lose control, leave the roadway, and strike a landscaper who was working in the area…
