Chesapeake Fire Protection has signed a lease with St. John Properties at Ashburn Crossing to relocate and expand its Virginia regional office to the 80-acre business center.
The company, which operates two offices in Virginia and Maryland, intends to move approximately 20 employees to a 24,500-square-foot space at 21265 Ashburn Crossing Drive in November. A division of Georgia-based Century Fire Protection, the full-service fire protection contractor intends to increase its workforce to up to 50 employees over the next several years, according to the announcement.
