RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Police have arrested Levy Nelson, 41, the suspected shooter who killed an 18-year-old boy today, and injured the boy’s 38-year-old mother and her 14-year-old daughter on Tuesday morning.
The 18-year-old who died has been identified as Zion Terry a student at Armstrong High who was days away from prom.
The mom is now in stable condition, but there’s no word yet on the daughter’s condition…
