HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — A 17-year-old boy was arrested Thursday in connection with a stolen vehicle that crashed into a barrier on East Mercury Boulevard, according to Hampton police.
Hampton Public Safety Communications received a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of North Boxwood Street and Cambridge Drive at approximately 12:10 p.m. The caller provided a license plate number, which was confirmed to be associated with a vehicle reported stolen on April 29.
