Milk Cloud Bakery has operated as a Japanese-inspired bakery through pop-ups across the East Bay. The bakery is known for its shokupan (Japanese milk bread), fruit sandos, and savory sandwiches.
The bakery will hold a soft opening on July 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The bakery will offer outdoor seating only.
Elizabeth Khuu founded Milk Cloud Bakery after transitioning from a career in graphic design to baking.
