A 100-year-old duck-hunting club on an island in the eastern Bay Area is up for sale.
The historic Concord Farms Duck Club includes 400 acres of open space on the minimally developed Van Sickle Island in Solano County. Much of the marshy isle, in the middle of Suisun Bay, is occupied by private clubs where dues-paying hunters shoot waterfowl during the fall season.
