A big rig found out the hard way Friday that some San Francisco turns leave very little room for negotiation.
Footage shows the tractor and long trailer stretched through the intersection, with the cab already around the corner while the trailer remained angled behind it. The truck could not simply finish the turn or back out and remained there for hours.
The predicament quickly drew attention online, where viewers studied the parked cars, the narrow intersection, and the size of the rig while offering their own solutions. One commenter reduced the situation to a familiar navigation joke: “But GPS said I could turn here.”
