Jasmyne Garcia, a 34-year-old mother of three from Morgan Hill, was identified as the woman police said was killed by her husband over the weekend.
Garcia’s family identified her in a GoFundMe fundraiser created to support her children. The campaign says Garcia was born and raised in Salinas and describes her children as the center of her life.
