Oakland’s Amari Jones destroys ex-champ with early KO in homecoming fight

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) — In the biggest fight of his career, Oakland native Amari Jones showed up in scintillating fashion in front of his hometown Bay Area fans.

Jones dominated former world champion Vencenzo Gualtieri by knocking him out in the third round on Friday night at SAP Center in San Jose.
