A Michigan man was arrested with marijuana after asking a deputy for help at a Pilot gas station.
Jose Ramos, 43, asked law enforcement to respond to the Pilot gas station on State Road 44 in Wildwood, to help him find a place to stay on Tuesday night, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
Upon arrival, a deputy offered to take him to a local hotel. He consented to being searched first, admitting he had marijuana in the pocket of his sweat pants. The deputy then located a clear plastic container of marijuana in this pocket, the report said…
