A Summerfield man was arrested after being pulled over without a license.
A deputy observed a blue 2010 Ford Focus at the intersection of County Road 229 and 228 in Wildwood around 11:30 a.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. A check of the tag determined the driver, 44-year-old Maximo Serrano, did not have a driver’s license.
After being stopped, Serrano confirmed he did not have a license. He was then asked to step out of the vehicle to be arrested, the report said…
