An Ocklawaha man was arrested after allegedly breaking a woman’s window during a road rage incident outside Dollar General.
A driver was headed to pick up her son at Dollar General, 9440 SE Hwy. 464C, Ocklawaha, when a red Mazda pickup truck ran a nearby stop sign on Tuesday evening, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The other driver, 39-year-old Christopher Michael Snyder, moved in front of her to travel westbound on Southeast 95th Street Rd.
He held his middle finger out of his window and repeatedly stepped on his brakes. He then took a left turn onto Southeast Hwy. 464C and turned off into the grass in front of the Dollar General. The driver also pulled off the road because this was where she meant to pick up her son, the report said.
Snyder proceeded to approached the driver’s side of her vehicle. He screamed racial slurs at her and used his fist to hit her window. He also tried to open her door, but it was locked, the report said…
