The Ocala Church is celebrating a historic milestone after finalizing the purchase of a multi-million dollar property along East Silver Springs Boulevard to serve as its new permanent home.
On July 1, Ocala Church officially acquired the 2.73-acre commercial property located at 3318 E Silver Springs Blvd. The church purchased the site from NSC Theater LLC for $2.6 million, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts.
Led by Reverend Ryan Brister, the congregation shared its excitement and gratitude in a public statement released on the day the sale officially closed.
“IT’S OFFICIAL… WE CLOSED! Today marks a historic day for The Ocala Church, we have officially closed on our new building! What once was a prayer is now a promise fulfilled, and we are overwhelmed by the faithfulness of God,” reads the statement posted across social media.
Church leadership emphasized that the multi-acre acquisition represents more than a real estate transaction, viewing the new location as a vital tool to expand their community outreach, support local families, and build a lasting spiritual foundation in Ocala for generations to come…
