‘Aggressive’ woman allegedly strikes soon-to-be ex-husband and his friend during altercation

A Belleview woman was arrested twice after allegedly battering her soon-to-be ex-husband and his friend.

A deputy responded to the Belleview home of 61-year-old Tina Marie Bucec on Saturday morning regarding a physical disturbance, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

Bucec stated her husband had come to the residence to collect his personal belongings because they were getting a divorce, and a friend had accompanied him to help. A verbal altercation ensued among all three of them. During this time, the friend repeatedly used profane language toward her and refused to leave, the report said.

Her husband also kicked her as he was moving a large cabinet through the living room. She left through the front door and was standing at the end of the entrance when he kicked her once more on the foot. She reacted by pushing him back, which she later described as a strike to the arm, the report said…
