A mobile home park in west Ocala was just sold for $9.6 million to a company that specializes in operating manufactured housing neighborhoods across the country.
Golden Hills Mobile Home Park was sold by Lakeworth-Golden Hills, LLC, Lakeworth MHP LTD, and CG Realty Investment LLC for $9,600,000 to Golden Hills Owner LLC, on August 6, according to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Court. State records show that Golden Hills Owner LLC is owned by Bedrock Communities.
Located at 7865 W State Road 40 in Ocala, the 185-space all-age mobile home park includes an on-site clubhouse and management office. Marion County property records show that prior to this transaction, the property had not changed hands since 1997.
