State health officials have issued an emergency suspension order against an Ocala certified nursing assistant who was arrested last year during an undercover child exploitation sting operation.
Florida State Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo signed the emergency order suspending the certificate of Henrickey Francois on Tuesday, August 18.
