A developer is targeting a 40.5-acre property in southeast Marion County for a new residential community that will feature 245 manufactured homes.
The project, named Atlas Tranquility Park, is located at 8545 E. Highway 25 near Belleview. The property was previously utilized for sand mining under a county special use permit and currently carries a planned unit development (PUD) zoning designation.
Plans submitted by Tillman & Associates Engineering detail the development of 245 fee-simple residential lots comprised of 98 single-wide and 147 double-wide manufactured homes, within the property’s maximum PUD cap of 370 units.
