A longtime local attorney has purchased a recently built home in southeast Ocala’s Historic District for $1.4 million.
According to a warranty deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, Robert W. Batsel and his wife, Paula, acquired the property located at 1817 SE 11th Street from John Matthew Plunkett and Arlene Fernandez Plunkett for $1,400,000 on Monday, Oct. 19.
