A home in foreclosure in The Villages was the subject of a deed compliance hearing this week at the District Office in Brownwood.
The home at 8391 SE 168th Trinity Place in the Village of Briar Meadow is owned by Ericka Leigh Graves. A complaint was lodged Aug. 3 about overgrown grass and weeds at the property.
