OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Ocala Police Department officers have arrested a man accused of driving drunk and causing a crash that claimed the lives of two people last month.
Officers arrested Joel Gonzalo Zelaya, 33, on Friday on two counts of DUI manslaughter in connection with a crash on Sept. 29 at the intersection of Southeast Maricamp Road and 36th Avenue.
