Construction is nearing completion on the newest Walmart Neighborhood Market in The Villages, which will be the third local store addition by the big-box retailer this year.
The new Walmart is situated on a 9.26-acre parcel at 16625 SE 91st Phillips Court, behind the Mulberry Grove Plaza and in front of the Phillips Villas.
