A woman has filed a lawsuit against Texas Roadhouse in Ocala, alleging her steak was served on glass plates despite her warnings to staff about an autoimmune disease aggravated by crystalline silica dust.
Patrice Smith filed the lawsuit against Texas Roadhouse Holdings, LLC, doing business as Texas Roadhouse Ocala, on March 16, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County.
The complaint stems from an incident that allegedly occurred on August 28, 2025, at the Texas Roadhouse located at 3015 SW 32nd Avenue in Ocala.
