Top two horses sell for over $4 million during first half of Ocala Breeders’ April Sale

The Ocala Breeders’ Sales Company’s April event has already generated over $50 million in sales, including two top horses that were sold for over $4 million total.

With the first two days in the books at the Ocala Breeders’ Sales Spring 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale, records maintained by OBS show that over 300 horses have been sold for a whopping $50,805,000.

Thus far, the top-selling horse was hip number 570, who was sired by champion Thoroughbred Jackie’s Warrior. That horse was purchased by Dermot Farrington for $2.3 million…
