A 10-acre horse farm with a professional wood-fired pizza oven and several other upgraded amenities was just recently sold for $4 million in Ocala’s premiere equestrian corridor.

Located at 7268 NW 21st Street in the Kimberwood Farms subdivision, the property was sold on April 15 by Ashley and Alessandro Di Bartolomeo to Mary Peabody Kohler Fox. Mrs. DiBartolomeo, who represents Golden Ocala Real Estate Inc., served as the listing agent for the sale of the property.

The site is situated just minutes away from the World Equestrian Center, with an online real estate listing boasting that it is within golf cart distance.
