Manslaughter charges filed in SW OKC deadly shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma County District Attorney filed first-degree manslaughter charges in connection with a deadly shooting in Southwest Oklahoma City, according to new court documents.

Police reports said Timothy Smith was checking on an abandoned property he owned, near Southwest 44th Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue, on May 1.
