EDMOND, Okla. (KOKH) — A second person accused in a deadly shooting at Arcadia Lake earlier this month has officially been charged.
On Tuesday, 20-year-old Trinity Brown was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm after juvenile adjudication.
