SHAWNEE, Okla. (KFOR) – Authorities say a man is behind bars on an outstanding felony warrant.
The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Team, alongside the Kickapoo Tribal Police Department and the Oklahoma City Police Department Springlake Division, says John Eugene Ferrell II has been arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
