OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — Newly released jail phone calls involving Brent Swadley detail an incident he says left part of his finger cut off, while inside the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
“I lost about probably about 20% of my middle finger,” said Brent Swadley.
