OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Kasey Alert for a missing 23-year-old Oklahoma City man.
Hunter Billen-Mills was last seen around 4 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 16, in Oklahoma City.
Authorities said Billen-Mills has a heart condition, mental health condition, obsessive-compulsive disorder, rage, anxiety and bouts of psychosis. He also has a history of cutting and recently stopped taking his medication…
