NORMAN, Okla. – Norman Animal Welfare is celebrating a milestone after helping transport more than 1,000 animals to new opportunities through its partnership with Dog Is My CoPilot.
The Norman Police Department said Animal Welfare staff recently loaded 74 animals onto a plane for flights to Colorado and Oregon, where they will have opportunities to find new homes.
