NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — Concrete was poured for the first bridge deck on the Toby Keith Expressway this week, marking a construction milestone.
“This is the very first bridge deck pour to be done on the Toby Keith Expressway,” OTA Executive Director Joe Echelle said. “So, the first real concrete is being laid this morning.”
