Oklahoma City – During its annual donor appreciation luncheon slated for Nov. 21, 2024, the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy (OICA) will announce winners of nine awards recognizing excellence in advocacy, public service, healthcare, education, and philanthropy for children, six of which will be in the first year for presentation.
