OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A federal grand jury has awarded an Oklahoma family millions of dollars after their loved one died while in the custody of the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
In 2021, staff at the Oklahoma County Detention Center were performing a mental health check on 53-year-old Gregory Davis when they found him unresponsive in his cell.
