Overnight gunfire at a late-night party near SW 38th Street in southwest Oklahoma City left a woman wounded early Sunday, although police say her injuries are not life-threatening and she is expected to recover. Officers were called to the area around 3:00 a.m. for a loud noise complaint and arrived to find people and cars scrambling to get away from the scene. As they pulled up, police reported hearing gunshots in the distance, and later found the victim’s vehicle riddled with multiple bullet holes. No officers were hurt during the response.
