Duckie’s Woodfire brings bagels and beer concept to Downtown Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY – Duckie’s Woodfire in downtown Oklahoma City is flipping the script on the traditional bagel shop, serving up house-made bagels and craft beer in a concept that blends bakery, taproom and a neighborhood gathering space all under one roof.
Opened in January, the restaurant starts its baking cycle after closing at 9 p.m. each night, producing hundreds of fresh bagels so they’re ready when doors reopen at 8 a.m., part of what owners say is an effort to fill a longtime “bagel desert” in the city…
