OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A local developer is stepping in after finding out a grocery store in the area is planning to close.
The shopping center near 46th and Saddle Creek, anchored by Family Fare grocery store, has seen better days and those days were about to get worse.
“It was previously an out-of-state ownership. There wasn’t a lot of reinvestment. The grocery store that’s located there today is closing a lot of locations in Omaha. They’ve already closed three of them,” said Mitch Hohlen, principal with Woodsonia…
