OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – On Saturday, a long line of Douglas County residents were at a South Omaha city facility to dispose and recycle their old tires.
Neighbors like Sam Heffron headed to the facility to get rid of some trash that has been in his garage for about a year.
“I just got some new tires recently, father in law had some old ones so he gave me those and I brought them out here to get rid of them,” he said…
