OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – This hot weather would make most homeowners excited to have a backyard pool. But for two families, it is a reminder of a contractor who left them deeper in debt than expected — and their path to justice depends on how law enforcement views their complaint.
Two customers, two outcomes
Josh Endelicato and Greg Stolp both allege the same pool contractor, Daniel Jacobson, left their pools unfinished and took their money.
“He had an excuse for everything. It rained today or they can’t deliver it today,” Endelicato said.
