OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A now-17-year-old who raped one woman and groped another at Omaha’s Memorial Park in the summer of 2023 has violated the conditions of his probation, a Douglas County juvenile court judge said Monday.
Judge Candice Novak told the teen he failed a drug test and warned him he risks losing the ability to remain at home if his behavior continues.

The teen was 13 years old at the time of the crimes. During one of the assaults, he threatened a woman’s life with a knife after she saw his face. He fled when he heard police sirens.
