JunkStart, founded in San Antonio in 2022, uses volume-based estimates for junk removal with transparent, data-driven pricing powered by onboard scale technology. According to JunkStart, a pay-by-weight model keeps everything fair, fast, and easy as opposed to inaccurate estimates and haggling.
The inaugural Omaha franchise is led by entrepreneurs John Hogan, Quincy Hogan and Tim Gorham. Hogan is co-owner and chief development officer of the Home Instead franchise network, where he helped build a brand that grew into an international senior care franchise system and has since owned multiple businesses.
