OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A group of Douglas County employees say they are dealing with foul odors and ceiling leaks they believe are coming from jail cells above their office.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Support Services Bureau is located in a space beneath a corner of the Douglas County Jail, near 16th and Leavenworth, where criminal warrants and civil papers are processed.
