Ervin & Smith, an Omaha-based marketing agency, has purchased a building at 3219 Leavenworth Street in Midtown and plans to move its office there late next year. The company’s current headquarters is at 1926 South 67th Street in Aksarben Village.
Ervin & Smith plans to renovate and add on to the Leavenworth building, which is currently occupied by Oak Investment Real Estate. Plans call for a new storefront, streetscape improvements and “a purpose-built office designed to support the firm’s collaborative, client-focused work.”
