Perch Rooftop Pours Craft Cocktails Above the Omaha Skyline

Perch Rooftop is a small, intimate rooftop bar with limited seating and spectacular views of downtown Omaha. It opened in March atop The Peregrine, one of Omaha’s historic hotels.

The Peregrine Hotel is part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, and its history dates back to the early 20th century, first known as the Saunders-Kennedy Building. Before it was a hotel, it was commercial office space with roughly 150 offices. In 1987, ownership passed to WoodmenLife. In April 2021, the building reopened as a hotel.

The Peregrine opened its onsite restaurant, Gilded Feather, in February, just a month before Perch Rooftop spread its wings on the rooftop.

The rooftop itself offers wide-open views of the city. To date, it’s the tallest rooftop bar in Omaha, with a commanding view of the Mutual of Omaha Tower…
