OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A dispute has been simmering in a northeast Omaha neighborhood. It boils down to whether an industrial site for heavy trucks belongs near homes with pets and kids.
Trucks on unpaved streets
Streets in this northeast Omaha neighborhood are not paved, and trucks passing homes have caused friction with neighbors like Makayla Johnson and Cori Bergantzel.
“This is not the area or the place for them. Families, pets,” Johnson and Bergantzel said.
