The Bormann Family Treetop Walk and MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower will officially open to the public at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, bringing climbing, roll-gliding, simulated caving, elevated woodland trails and views of the Council Bluffs Missouri Riverfront and Omaha skyline.
Visitors can access the Bormann Family Treetop Walk and MidAmerican Energy Adventure Tower from the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge on the Council Bluffs side of the Missouri River. Parking is available in the parking garage at River’s Edge Pavilion.
To celebrate opening day, food trucks will be stationed near the base of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Food truck announcements and additional opening-day details will be shared soon…
