OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A senior couple fooled by scammers worried that their retirement savings was long gone. But a determined fraud detective used technology to track the money mule traveling through another state.
On final approach, a Homeland Security pilot helped the Douglas County sheriff and fraud investigator bring home the golden nest egg scammed from a senior couple.
