KNOX COUNTY, Neb. (KCAU) — The Omaha lawyer who was appointed to be the Special Knox County Attorney is facing formal charges for alleged statements made.
According to court documents, during the investigation regarding breaches of privacy, both David Begley and Eric Hagen were appointed as Special Knox County Attorney and Special Deputy Knox County Attorney.

Court documents indicate that Hagen began to research whether the hiring practices of the Knox County Sheriff’s Office hired Deputy County Sheriffs in accordance with the statute.
