Council Bluffs man booked on probation violation charge

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — Christopher Junior Brodersen was booked into the Pottawattamie County Jail on April 23, 2026, on a charge of violation of probation.

Court records show Brodersen entered a written plea of guilty on January 29, 2026, in Pottawattamie County District Court.

Pottawattamie County court documents state the court found Brodersen guilty of Count VI — indecent contact with a child, an aggravated misdemeanor in violation of Iowa Code Section 709.12(1)(a). Counts I through V were dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement.
